CF 864- 5:15a.m./9:00a.m.

WOD – 5 rounds for time:

5 Front squats (155/95)

10 T2B (toes to bar)

20 step walking lunge – plate locked out overhead (45/25)

 
Stretch – Hydrate – Refuel

Remember – Rx’d is more than the prescribed weight. If you plan to Rx this workout your squats must be to proper depth (if not sure about your depth please ask) and you MUST touch your toes to the bar on every rep. On the lunges your knee must make contact with the floor and the plate must be locked out overhead on every rep. Thanks!
