Today’s WOD’s – Start Promptly at: 5:15a.m./9:00a.m.

a.) Warm-up / Mobility work / Skill Work

b.) Buy In (starts at the time above)

c.) WOD – 5 RFT:

10 Supine Ring Rows
10 Ball Slams
10 GHD Sit-ups / Scale – AbMat Sit-ups

d.) Cash Out – Finish Strong!

FORM – Your form is just as important as the load used. Just because you use the prescribed weight does not mean that you are Rx’d.
