ME UB Dips – ring/bar (your choice)
10 K2E
Bear Crawl

Dips = No bands / no assistance – scale to ME hold
K2E = palms forward / arms fully extended
Bear Crawl = 1 Length of gym / keep butt low

Cash Out – Finish Strong

Rx = Movement Standards/Load/Form/ROM
