5 Lateral Hops (5 each side)
5 Weighted Step-ups (5 each leg)
(Weight held at chest) (Challenge – weight overhead)

Rest 2.5 minutes

Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes
5 DU’s (15 singles)
10 Weighted Sit-ups (unanchored)
