WOD B.) Complete as many rounds in 10 minutes of:

2 TGU – (1 each side – AHAP!) you select weight
5 (each side) One arm push press (try to use same weight as TGU)
10 Back extensions or (sub good mornings)

Rest 2 minutes 

Alternating Tabata: 8 cycles of each (20 on / 10 off) 
Push-ups
Plank Hold
