A BIG OOH-RAH to all of the CrossFitters that came out and pushed through “Kalsu” today! These are the workouts that make you a stronger athlete as they test not only your strength but your mental toughness as well. Very proud to see so many of you fired up and ready to do work knowing that this was going to be a very challenging wod. You guys were awesome! So many of you have told us lately that you really love the workouts that make you dig deep…the ones that you aren’t sure if you can even complete but you come with that “failure is not an option” attitude and prove to yourself that in most cases you can do so much more than you ever imagined. Tough workouts are what make CrossFit such an effective type of training and athletes like you are what make CrossFit 864 a gym where only the dedicated come to get stronger. Thanks for your hard work.
