Warm-up (posted on whiteboard) the warm up is NOT an option if you plan on doing today’s workout.

Skill work this week – one leg squat (pistol) and/or handstand holds

Complete the following for time – AFAP
50 Double unders (singles x 3)
40 Knees to Elbow
30 Ball Slams
20 Sledge Hammer Strikes (10 each side)
10 TGU (5 each side – AHAP)
5 Minute Squat stretch

Your WOD time ends when you complete 5 minutes in a deep squat stretch. Try to maintain the stretch for 5 minutes and really work the deep stretch without standing up.

Focus on your form and ROM (range of motion) today

Avoid “Cherry Picking” it makes you weak!
