For Time: 1 x UB 400 M One Arm KB Front Rack Carry (24kg./16kg.) / 5 Rounds: 10 T2B / 10 One Arm (ea. side) KB Push Press / 1 x 50 M Walking Lunge
RX = 10 burpee penalty each time you put KB down. / KB Push Press = same load used for carry / Lunge to 25 M and back
October Challenge: 30 Mile Challenge / BEAST MODE Challenge = 2 x 30 – Miles Run. Walk. Hike. Post miles as you go. Your daily walking on job, etc. do not count – must be miles outside of your normal routine such as heading out on a neighborhood walk or running a mile after the WOD, etc. Get out and move.
