WOD B.)
For time:
30 Back Squats (Bodyweight on Bar)
30 Box Jumps (24/20)
Run 1 Mile

Each time you have to rack the squat bar stop and complete 5 burpees.

Post WOD – Hydrate. Mobility/Stretch. Refuel (good source of protein and carbs)
