WOD CrossFit 864 – 3,2,1 Go! and then go again!Workout times for today: 5:15a.m. / 8:00a.m. (fitness assessment only) / 9:00a.m. / 4:30p.m. / 5:00p.m. / 5:30p.m. / 6:00p.m. – group training will start at these times. Please arrive in time to warm up and be prepared to start at one of the scheduled times.
