Part 1 – Posted on whiteboard 
(include skill work – hollow rocks, double-unders)

Part 2 – Chipper

Complete the following for time:
(in the following order)

60 Push-ups (hand release)
50 K2E (knees to elbows) 
40 SDHP (with Kettlebell 32kg/24kg)
30 Ball Slams
20 Box Jumps (24/20)
10 Atlas Stone – Ground to Shoulder (alternate sides) AHAP

Goal = as many unbroken reps as possible on each exercise.
