5 Rounds for time – using the same weight for all 3 exercises

10 – Renegade Rows (25/45) Dbell or Kettlebell (5 each side)
10 – Weighted Step-ups on box
10 – Floor Press

5 minutes of abdominal exercises and stretches – your choice.
