1 X Farmers Carry (2 x 32kg./24kg.) 100 Meters (50 and back) If you put weight down before completing 100 meters – 15 Burpee penalty AFTER WOD is over for each time to put weight down.
2 Rounds of Cindy
If you don’t use at least RX on farmers carry there will be a 25 Burpee penalty BEFORE you can start the WOD.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 1 x Farmers Carry / 2 x Cindy. Score = Total rounds + Reps of Cindy.
