Reminder – No workout in the box today.

We will be doing the 5k run/walk starting at PC.
You can sign up Saturday morning if you decide to run at the last minute.

We will have the Body Fat Test going on at the gym. There should be some slots available so check with us if you are interested.

If you missed the chance to be in the box on Thursday and to feel the motivation, support and camaraderie as so many hammered through “Grace” then you missed a true CrossFit experience. More days like that to come. I have never seen a group of guys and girls accept a challenge like a group of CrossFitters…ya’ll stepped up to the plate and then some! Very proud to call this dedicated group family.
