CrossFit 864 – Today’s Schedule: 4:30p.m./5:00p.m./5:30p.m./6:00p.m.

Day 26 of the “100 Burpee Challenge”


For Time – Complete all reps of each exercise before moving to the next.

100 pull-ups
100 push-ups
100 sit-ups
100 squats
