15 C2B Pull-ups (palms forward)
40 Back Squats (135/95)
15 Strict/Dead Hang Pull-ups (palms forward)
60 Air Squats (below parallel)
15 Pull-ups (any style – any hand position)

A squat above parallel is NOT a squat!
