Run 800 meters

30 Box Jumps (20/24)

30 Jumping Pull-ups

30 Kettlebell Swings (35/53)

30 Walking Lunges

30 K2E (Knees to Elbows)

30 Push Press (Dbell or Kbell)

30 Burpees

30 Double Unders (or 4 x singles)

Hydrate / Stretch / Refuel – Eat!
