10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
7 SDHP – Sumo Deadlift High Pull (65/95)
5 Burpees

Paleo Challenge ended today – were you happy with your results? If you were not at the gym Monday to measure/photo/get weighed then you will need to do this on Tuesday. Please plan on doing it after the workout or come early enough to do this before the workout starts.

How have you felt about your workouts lately? Only you can increase the intensity during each rep. We can push you and motivate you but it is ultimately up to you to make it more intense.
