One Arm Waiters Walk (50 M / Switch and Back – AHAP KB)
12 Step Walking Lunge (holding KB at chest level with both hands)
Atlas Stone Carry (Zercher) to 25 M – AHAP
25 Mountain Climbers (Full ROM)
30 Second Plank Hold on Elbows
Please arrive on time – early enough to warm up and ready to start squats at WOD times posted above. This helps keep things running on schedule.
