10 Step OH Walking Lunge (45/25 Plate locked out)
20 Fast Singles
Bear Crawl – stay low. 1 Length of gym each round
30 Second Stone Hold at Chest Level (AHAP)

100% RX’d or Scaled. There is no almost RX.

Abdominal Strength – 2 Minutes of UB work. Your choice of exercises.
