864 WOD – AMRAP 15

5 Dips (ring or bar – Full ROM = RX) No band / sub 20 second hold at top of dip
10 Lateral Hops (parallettes) each side = 1 rep
20 AbMat Sit-ups
Suitcase Carry – AHAP Length of gym. Switch arms 1/2 way

Abdominal Strength – Alternate / 2 x  1 Minute ME Mountain Climbers / 30 Second Hip Bridge
