Today’s Skill Work – Work on a weakness today. Suggestion – Overhead position
864 WOD – Strength + Conditioning
WOD – Three rounds of:
One arm KB Clean -Max Reps
One arm KB Swing -Max Reps
KB Box Step-ups 20/24 box -Max Reps
Goblet Squat -Max Reps

RX KB Load = AHAP (as much weight as you can handle with good form. If your form suffers – reduce weight / Use same KB for all movements.
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
100% RX’d or Scaled. There is no almost RX. Skill Work!
