AMRAP – 18
5 Dips (ring or bar – Full ROM = RX) No bands / sub 20 second hold at top of dip
10 Lateral Hops (over bar/parallettes) each side = 1 rep. Move Fast!
20 Hollow Rocks
Suitcase Carry – AHAP to 25 Meters. Switch arms at turn around. HEAVY!

100% RX’d or Scaled. There is no almost RX.
