Today’s 864 Training – 5 RFT:
One Arm OH KB Carry – to 50 M / Switch arms. 24kg./16kg.
20 Step Weighted Lunge – KB in rack position 24kg./16kg. 10 lunges (L rack) 10 lunges (R rack)
20 AbMat Sit-ups
Crawl – 1 length of gym each round. Low and slow.
100% RX’d or Scaled. There is no almost RX. Don’t let your pride get in front of your strength/fitness level.
