Conditioning – Today’s training: 6 RFT
1 Turkish Get up (L) AHAP – post KB load
1 Turkish Get up (R) AHAP – post KB load
OH Plate Carry – 45/25 plate locked out overhead to 50 meter mark and back
-10 GHD Sit-ups or 10 Weighted Sit-ups (holding 45/25 plate at chest level)
-25 Flutter Kicks (holding 45/25 plate locked out)
