30 Second KB Hold (32kg./24kg.)
10 Ball Slams – AHAP
10 Hip Extensions
20 Weighted Sit-ups (45/25 plate)
30 Flutter Kicks (holding same plate used for weighted sit-ups)

RX – Full ROM. 100% RX’d or Scaled.
