Big “thank you” to all of the athletes that came out Saturday and ran the 864 Half Marathon (13.1) / 5k (3.1) As usual it was a cold Saturday morning but that didn’t stop anyone. Extra big thank you to the 864 crew that showed up to volunteer on the course supporting the runners and supporting their community. You guys rock and we appreciate you!

Thrusters
Burpees
Men use 95 lb.
Women use 65 lb.
Abdominal Strength – Alternate 3 x 1 Minute ME Sit-ups. Rest as needed between each minute. Post each time on whiteboard
100% RX’d or Scaled. There is no almost RX.
