RX BP Load = your body weight on bar / RX = Must be able to get the bar in and out of rack without assistance. Don’t load a weight that you can’t handle.
RX Box = 24/20. RX K2E – Strict/No kip reps. RX – Full ROM – 100% RX’d or Scaled.
Don’t just stand around if you arrive early – use this as an opportunity to do skill work/mobility work.
