864 WOD – Strength + Conditioning: (5) 2 Minute Rounds of:
10 burpees
200-m sprint
Max-rep burpees
Rest 2 minutes between rounds
All-out sprint each round. Total number of burpees after sprint = your score
Scale based on your strength/fitness level/motivation.
