Conditioning – Today’s Training For Time: Your choice of girls

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
OR
Mary
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 handstand push-ups
10 one-legged squats, alternating
15 pull-ups
RX – Full ROM – 100% RX’d or Scaled.
If you plan on doing double-unders you need to invest in a jump rope that is the right length for you.
Don’t just stand around if you arrive early – use this as an opportunity to do skill work/mobility work.
