Today’s Skill Work – Work on a weakness today. Suggestion –  Double-unders + Deep Squat Stretch – A Squat above parallel is NOT a squat!

864 WOD – Strength + Conditioning

Conditioning – Today’s Training For Time: CF Workout 17.5

10 rounds for time of:
9 thrusters
35 double-unders

Men use 95 lb.
Women use 65 lb.

If you plan on doing double-unders you need to invest in a jump rope that is the right length for you.

RX – Full ROM

Don’t just stand around if you arrive early – use this as an opportunity to do skill work/mobility work.
