Conditioning – Today’s Training For Time: CF Workout 17.5
10 rounds for time of:
Men use 95 lb.
Women use 65 lb.
If you plan on doing double-unders you need to invest in a jump rope that is the right length for you.
RX – Full ROM
Don’t just stand around if you arrive early – use this as an opportunity to do skill work/mobility work.
