Clock/WOD starts promptly at scheduled times above – you will have exactly 5 minutes to build to a heavy single PC.

then AMRAP 15 of:
3 PC (RX Load = 80% of  your 1 rep weight above)
5 Dips (RX = Ring or Bars with Full ROM) No band assisted dips.
7 Push-ups (Hand Release)
