864 WOD – Strength + Conditioning  – Lynne

Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

RX = No spot / No Liftoff if RX. You must be able to handle the weight on your own without any assistance. Full ROM reps. Bar touches chest and full extension / lockout at the top of every rep. Pull-up reps count as long as you are on the bar and feet do not touch box or ground. Once you touch the reps for that round end. Any style unassisted pull-up counts as long as chin is OVER bar each rep and arms are fully extended at the bottom of the pull-up. Legit reps!
Post reps for bench press / pull-ups for each round.
