Kid’s Camp / June 20-23 from 9:00a.m.-11:00a.m. Ages 5-14 ($60) Sign up by June 15 ($50) early sign up.

Today’s WODs start at: 5:15a.m./8:00a.m./4:15p.m./5:15p.m./6:15p.m.

Strength –Power Clean/Jerk 3 RM

WOD – For Time: 21-15-9 rep of PC (RX 135/95) / Box Jumps (24/20)

June Challenge – Lunge Challenge = Must complete 1.5 mile (2,400 meters) of lunges during the month of June. You can do them anywhere (home, work, church, grocery store, etc.) Post your progress / daily distance / accumulated distance with your name on whiteboard.

Entitlement is a delusion built on self-centeredness and laziness. Nobody ever said that life was fair. Deal with it! Don’t compare your life to other peoples life. Live your own.
