864 WOD – Strength + Conditioning

100% RX’d or Scaled. There is no almost RX.

Strength – Floor Press 1 RM (work up to a heavy single)

864 WOD – For Time: 150 Push-ups (Hand Release) – every time you break (when the rep stops) sprint to the 100 Meter mark and back.

Abdominal Strength – Alternate 4 x 30 Second Hip Bridge / 30 Second Plank on elbows
