Double body-weight deadlifts
3/4 body-weight shoulder presses
RX Movement Standards – FORM! If you scale the weight back on this workout to a weight thats easy…it will be a very fast WOD with no challenge at all.
On time at a CrossFit gym means early enough to warm up, get your equipment set up and ready to start at the scheduled WOD times.
