400 Meter Run 

RX DL – No Bouncing reps. No dropping bar from the lockout.
RX Wall Ball – Full depth. Ball must be released and caught from the center not from shoulder.

Scale based on your strength/fitness level/motivation.

RX Movement Standards – Will be covered before the WOD starts.
