Conditioning / Today’s Training – 25 Minutes Total

Clock starts – WOD starts with 5 Minutes Unbroken Deep Squat Stretch then (clock continues to run) straight into:
Suitcase Carry to 50 Meter Mark / Switch Hands (1 x 32kg./24kg. KB)
5 Box Jumps (24/20)
10 T2B
5 Strict Press (135/95)

5 Minute Squat Stretch Hold is part of the WOD.
On SC – Please do not drop Kettlebells.
