864 Strength – Press 1 RM (work up to a heavy single) – Set a new PR. Strength is our focus today.

Conditioning – Today’s Training – 3 Rounds:

Max Rep UB Push Press (95/65)
20 Front Squats (95/65)

If you scale – use same weight/bar for press and squats.

Score = Total number of push press combined – 3 rounds.
