864 WOD – Strength + Conditioning  – For Time:
Run 400 Meters
10 Rounds of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Kettlebell Swings
Run 400 Meters

RX Movement Standards: pull-ups / chin over the bar with full extension of arms at bottom of rep. Push-ups / hand release. no sagging.
KB Load = 32kg./24kg. American Style
