Pre WOD – Warm-up/Skill Work/Mobility /Goat Work

Today’s Skill Work – Work on a weakness today. Accumulate 3-5 minutes of Handstand Hold.

864 WOD – Strength + Conditioning 

Back Squat – 5 RM (work up to a heavy set of 5 reps) Strength is the focus of our training today.

Conditioning – Today’s CF864 Training / 5 RFT:

20 K2E
10 Left Arm Overhead Walking Lunges
10 Right Arm Overhead Walking Lunges

RX Load = 24kg/16kg. KB. Arm must be FULLY extended. Bent arm = No rep

Abdominal Strength NFT – 4 x 25 Flutter Kicks – straight into / 30 Second of 6 inches

RX = Load + Form.
