Strength is the focus of our training today. Challenge yourself to increase the weight from your last one rep max.

10 Box Jumps 24/20
10 Strict C2B Pull-ups
Scale/modify based on your strength/fitness level.
Abdominal Strength – NFT: 5 x 20 Sit-ups / 30 Second Bar Hold
