864 Strength + Conditioning – The Grind: 8 RFT

3 Dead Stop Deadlifts
8 Box Jumps
Run to 100 Meter mark and back.

RX Movement Standards –  There is no almost RX. It’s 100% RX’d or Scaled. Scale based on your strength/motivation level.
RX DL Load = 80% of your last 1 RM. If you did not log your last single – use a weight that is challenging for 3 reps. The bar comes to a dead stop on the floor each rep. These are not touch and go reps. No dropping the bar from the lock out (top of deadlift)
Box = As high as possible (24/20 minimum if RX) for 8 reps. Hips fully open on top of box.
Scale as needed based on your strength/fitness/motivation level.
