864 WOD – Strength + Conditioning
864 Strength – Deadlift 3 RM (Triples – work up to a heavy set of 3) – Strength is our focus today.
Conditioning – For Time: 150 KBS / 5 Burpees top of every minute.
RX Load – 24kg (1.5 pood) / 16kg (1 pood)
100% RX’d or Scaled.
