400 Meters Run
100% RX’d or Scaled. There is no almost RX.
RX – KB Load = 24kg/16kg – American swing, Full ROM Burpees. Run to 200 M/back
Abdominal Strength –Alternate 4 x 25 Sit-ups / 45 Second Plank
