864 Strength – Back Squat 5 RM (work up to a heavy set of 5) – Strength is our primary focus today.

21 UB Goblet Squats (AHAP – Choose a challenging weight. RX = all 21 reps UB)
15 C2B Pull-ups

100% RX’d or Scaled.
