RX – Strict / No Kip K2E. Knees must touch elbows (not armpit or wrist if RX) Goblet Squat = 32kg./24kg. KB. Must reach depth if RX.
Abdominal Strength – Alternate / 3 x 20 weighted sit-ups (45/25) / 60 second 6 inches
100% RX’d or Scaled. There is no almost RX.
RX = Form not negotiable.
