864 Strength + Conditioning – Relentless in 2017!

864 WOD – Strength + Conditioning

Strength – Deadlift 3 RM (work up to a heavy triple / set of 3) No Bounce. No Dropping from lockout.

864 WOD – CF Workout 11.2

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

155-lb. deadlifts, 9 reps
12 push-ups
15 box jumps, 24-in. box

RX – Girls 100 lb. deadlift. / 20 inch box / HR Push-ups

Abdominal Strength – Alternate / 2 x  25 weighted sit-ups (45/25) for time / 30 second 6 inches

100% RX’d or Scaled. There is no almost RX.
