864 WOD – Strength + Conditioning: 15 Minutes

Every 30 Seconds – 1 Deadlift / 1 Box Jump (24/20)

DL Load = 75% of todays 1RM.

Show up and do hard work = RESULTS!

RX Movement Standards – Will be covered before the WOD starts.

Strength: Deadlift – 1RM (work up to a heavy single) Strength is the focus of our training today – not the conditioning work.
Set a new PR today. No dropping bar from lockout.

Scale based on your strength/fitness level/motivation.

Today’s Skill Work – Work on a weakness today.
