6 Deadlift (225/155)
8 Burpees
Sprint to 50M / Back

RX Movement Standards – Will be covered before the WOD starts.

Strength: Deadlift – 3RM (work up to a heavy triple) Strength is the focus of our training today.
3RM is 3 unbroken reps. No dropping bar from lockout. No bouncing reps.

Scale based on your strength/fitness level/motivation.
